WHY DO YOU WANT TO LEARN ANOTHER A LANGUAGE ?

Why would someone want to learn another language?

To make friends with more people.
To learn about new cultures, and be more open-minded about other peoples' customs.
To build business with new people around the world.
To gain a competitive advantage in the job market.
To build more connections in the brain and therefore keep the mind healthier longer.
To combat the perception that most people are xenophobic.

I could keep going, but isn't this enough?  Plus, it is fun and challenging.
